add option in UI to change cross table default column width equal to using the API: CrossTablePlot.CellWidth.(reference)

Customer wants to have an UI option to manually enter the value, due to dragging column header by pressing ctrl key can not adjust the width by pixel perfect, it's hard to set same value for two cross tables. API: CrossTablePlot.CellWidth.(reference)
