Infer data types by introspecting csv files

The TDV standard File-Delimited adapter introspects all columns in the CSV file as VARCHAR type. It would save time if the data types were inferred by looking at the data in the CSV file.

Create a File - JSON adapter, similar to the File - XML adapter

We get numerous data files that are constructed with JSON. We need to import these files, transform them then either output them as database views, or export them as csv files.

Provide support for adding the datasources using ODBC

Currently we can connect to the data sources using JDBC protocol except of Microsoft excel ODBC. We should expand this to other data sources including the custom adapter data sources so that this will give us the flexibility to connect more data s...
