    Nested Variables in set_env (and other similar) script

    This will be very useful as users can define more JVM arguments in new variables and then reference it in other pre-defined variables. Right now, users have to literally list all the new JVM arguments in the line of the predefined one.

    designProcedureByExample API should silently create output cursors if none exist in the source procedure
