restore / re-enable the old behavior where the page gets inserted at the point it is dropped

Spotfire 6.5.3 would allow a page to be dragged from one .dxp to another, and the duplicated page would end up where you dropped it in the destination .dxp. Spotfire 7.7 makes it the last page in the desination .dxp, then you have to manually move...
