word wrap color by titles in the legend

I would like to be able to word wrap the color by titles in the legend field on the side of graph. I have so much available vertical space, and I would like to use that.

Map Layer where you can draw

Geologists/Engineers in the energy industry do a lot of custom geo-analysis. This feature would just need a pencil that draws points, an eraser for mistakes, and a way to change color or thickness of a line drawn.

Option to turn off padding on Text Area
