import txt files with fix size columns

Spotfire import txt file with delimiters only, if you have a file with fix columns size you need to transform it before. I know this file format is not traditionnal but when it is needed I use another tool to change the format

Provide a popup when folders are dragged/dropped/moved

It is too easy to accidentally drag and drop a folder to a new location. It would be nice to be prompted along the lines of -- do you really want to move this? -- before you can drag/drop a folder.
