Retrieve spatial objects from database only for the current extent

When we have lot of spatial objects in the database (about 2millions) it should be interesting to load only data from the current extent.

Allow for manual adjustment of label positions in marker layers and/or enable the way of displaying labels in feature layers the same way as it is done in marker layers i.e. with link between the point/polygon and label.

Allow grid lines in chart foreground
