adjust visualization width/height by API

Please allow to adjust visualization width/height by API. Also please expose API to lock visualization, i.e. allow to use API to do the same as what can be done via menu "Visualization" => "Arrange Visualization" => "Lock visualization area".

Expand the types of documents that can be opened from Enterprise from the Statistica interface (not Enterprise Manager) to include PDF, DOC, XLS, etc. If a particular file type is not supported, it should give the option to save the file externally.
