Mods API for getting columns values

Add API to retrieve values for specified column: unique values for category columns min / max and perhaps other measures for continuous columns (compare to Data Panel Overview).

API to set the page scroll position

For Spotfire pages that are taller or wider than the screen, I would like to be able to set the scroll position through the API. This could enable me to scroll a specific visualization into view.

add capability to allow file I/O access

Please add capability to allow file I/O under management. We have seen lots of use cases that utilize IronPythonscripts (possibly migrate to action mods in the future) to export data to csv, load data from csv, export pdf to file, etc.

Read the whole data table from the Mods API

Add the ability to read the whole data table from the Mods API as unaggregated data, not only the values of the specified axes. As an example this could be used to create a "table plot" mod.

Display a custom panel when do document is open

Ability to have custom panels be accessible before any document is opened is needed to support scenarios where the panel has functionality that allows the user to open a document or creating a new document from data.
