Access In-Database Data via API

No access to in DB data using API. JSViz and data functions currently used. Needed for true analytics apps capabilities and parity with in-memory data automation tasks via IronPython.

Please add API to export data(from datatable or table plot, cross table) to csv/tsv and make the result file downloadable for consumer. Current API for exporting can only write exported file to web player server's path.

Visual Mods - ability to set default aggregation of column to 'None'

add capability to allow file I/O access

Please add capability to allow file I/O under management. We have seen lots of use cases that utilize IronPythonscripts (possibly migrate to action mods in the future) to export data to csv, load data from csv, export pdf to file, etc.
