Add "editing" map tools

For our clients needs, it would be useful to have some "editing" tools on the map, like create/modifiy/delete point or polygone and save this modification. The idea is to have to GIS basic tool.

Map Background Images

Allow setting the background image and coordinates from data i.e. a file location / URL in a column and use values for coordinates, rather than having to select a file, and hard code values.

Add geometry column with shapes to USA Zip Codes.sbdf

Allow for manual adjustment of label positions in marker layers and/or enable the way of displaying labels in feature layers the same way as it is done in marker layers i.e. with link between the point/polygon and label.

Map chart: Line connector does not cross dateline, it should?

Add Ruler tool to map chart

Would like to be able to click on the tool and measure the distance between 2 points in the map chart. Most other spatial softwares have this tool and it would be greatly beneficial for many of our workflows.
