    Scroll page instead of zooming visualizations with zoom sliders

    It would be beneficial to have a similar functionality as the Map chart properties > appearance > Scroll page instead of zooming map for visualizations that have the zoom sliders on. Here is a work around

    Change column selection an axis with arrow key

    In Spotfire 6.5 it was possible to quickly apply the columns in a data table to the axis of a chart by just using the key arrows on the keyboard. Now in 7.8 this nice feature is gone. Could it please be reintroduced?

    Display a custom panel when no document is open

    Ability to have custom panels be accessible before any document is opened is needed to support scenarios where the panel has functionality that allows the user to open a document or creating a new document from data.

    Infer data types by introspecting csv files

    The TDV standard File-Delimited adapter introspects all columns in the CSV file as VARCHAR type. It would save time if the data types were inferred by looking at the data in the CSV file.

    Bookmarks Manager and Highlight Current Bookmark.

    Customers would like to be able to have the option to custom arrange their bookmarks. Also, they would like the current bookmark that is being viewed to be highlighted in the Bookmarks Bar.
