Since January 2016, France change is Region, passing from 23 to 13 Region.
The geoanalytics file (geoanalytics.part0.zip) is still on the old Region. How could we make it evoluate ?

I would like to copy the data in my boxplot summary table and paste them into an excel spreadsheet. I have the ability to do this in regular tables and cross tables but not the summary tables

Please add API to test if axis is aggregated. When "allowNonAggregatingMeasures" is set as true, we need to know if axis is aggregated or not sometimes.
