Add tooltip capabilities to cross tables

I need to be able to hover over values in a cross table and see further information on those values through tooltip expressions.

word wrap color by titles in the legend

I would like to be able to word wrap the color by titles in the legend field on the side of graph. I have so much available vertical space, and I would like to use that.
