CrossTab - Freeze Grand total for rows & columns

Automate Summary Table > Cross Table that preserves configuration

I believe that any Summary Table can also be expressed as a Cross Table. When I switch visualizations from a summary to cross table, I lose all the configuration that I set up. That should not happen.

Using a relative scale on the Y-axis when the range is fixed the Min/Max Range values should be retained.
