Add filter scheme menu in data panel

Please add filter scheme menu in data panel. Data panel supports many ability including filtering, but when accessing filter scheme menu, we have to open filter panel.

add scroll bar to page navigation popup

Just curious, when we have more than 30 tabs or pages, a small arrow shows up to navigate to different pages or tabs. Is there a way to scroll fast on that or you have to keep clicking the arrow to go up/down?
