Support all types of columns through the JavaScript mashup getDistinctValues method

The getDistinctValues method can through an API error for certain types of columns (dates, hierarchies, booleans, long integers). This request is to support returning all types of data through this API.

Teradata connector available from the web client

Resize Cross-Table row heights automatically as per data (especially when exporting to PDF)

When exporting a report to PDF, it would be helpful to view all cross-table data. Currently if the row height is not expanded manually by the user, all cross-table data is not visible in the PDF export.

Keep old cache, while new cache is being generated.
