Multiple geocoding hierarchies (USA and Canada) support for cross border businesses.

Many of our customers who are dealing with cross border businesses between USA and Canada. It would be nice to support multiple geocoding hierarchies in Map visualization.

Rename multiple columns should be more efficient

Only a single column can be-named in each column renaming step. This should be possible for several columns in the same way one can change the column type for columns with a single transformation.
