Listbox filter selections should migrate to top of list

Listbox filter selections should migrate to top of list - see attached. It is often the case that listbox selections are not visible as the selected listbox filter is too far down the list.

Add driver support for datetimeoffset datatype in Spotfire

Currently columns with datetimeoffset format are no available in information links when using MS SQL driver. Spotfire does not support the datetimeoffset datatype so any columns that have this format are "invisible" when accessing MS SQL databases...
