AMS native support for JS files

Add native support to JS files. Right now they can be uploaded as "Other" type but it would be nice to have them as a native artifact type with nice formatting within the editor.

Enable to file.choose() function in Terr.

The r function file.choose() is not enabled in Spotfire but works fine from the terr console. I recommend this function gets implemented. This will allow users easy access to change files via scripting.

Oracle Data Connection - Limit available tables in database to user defined schema/object names
