Add ability to pattern fill feature layer shapes

I would like the ability to not only solid fill shapes, but also pattern fill. For example, vertical or horizontal lines, dots, etc.

Currently not available. Would allow to see which users are having issues, may be using the tool incorrectly, and need additional support.

CLI or API command to restart webplayer instance only ( not service )

We plan to automatically restart the instance ( not web player) when resource crunch hits. for this we need a cli or api method to achieve this. currently understand there is no such option, but would need this option for automation purposes.
