Increase thickness of lines in error bars

Would like to be able to change the line width of the error bars in a bar chart.

Allow a combination chart with bar and scatter (or allow linewidth=0) types. Make one y-axis log scale.

The ability to lock column width on Cross Table Headers

Currently, if the labels in a Cross Table change with the data then the header width isn't locked and as new data comes it looks terrible. There should be some sort of ability to lock the header width to a fixed size that doesn't change.
