IIS supports multiple Spotfire environments and the same is most likely true for customers with dev, test, staging and production. We actually have multiple production environments so the enhancement request that follows would be very helpful.
When an error is generated in the Web Player, the client user can click on the "Report error to your administrator" to send the error info. The default configuration does not include any information that indicates the Web Player that generated the error. As a result, the administrator has to contact the user to get specifics on the Web Player and analysis that generated the error.
So they want to Include the Web Player URL that generated the error in the body or subject of the email. At the very least, the message should include the base Web Player URL so the administrator can go find specific details in the logs.
