Provide more information e.g. if the setting is applicable at the Server level or Data Source level

Customer wants the documentation to specify if the information Services settings e.g. max-jobs and thread-pool-size setting are applicable at the Server level or at the datasource level.

The section 11.6 Information Services Settings has explanation of all the settings but does not currently specify that its applicable at Server level.
Will be helpful for new customer.
