Use multiple accounts in Spotfire server LDAP authentication at the same time.

As we can specify multiple address in connecting LDAP/AD in Spotfire Server to avoid fail-over and as in MS SQL server, two kinds of account can be specified for authentication,
can we specify two account for Spotfire server AD authentication.

Since customer have a account expire policy, and they really wish to avoid down-time during password change or password overdue issue.

The Spotfire system would only have a down-time when the Spotfire Server is being restarted after the service account's password has been changed. Adding support for multiple service accounts won't help with that.

What happens when a service account's password expires is that LDAP synchronization will stop working until the TSS has been updated with the new password. But during that time, LDAP accounts that have already been successfully synchronized at least once will stil work. Only new LDAP accounts or LDAP accounts that have been moved within the LDAP directory will be prevented from authentication.

Couldn't you create a new LDAP configuration for the other account? Spotfire can sync with multiple AD domains at the same time.
