Restrict user's ability to resize visualizations in Web Player

Is it possible to lock down resizing of visualizations withing a DXP? Our goal is so that the visuals will remain a certain percentage of the screen within the WebPlayer, for example, a page with 4 visualizations where each one takes up a quarter of the screen, and cannot be resized via the web player.

    under document properties, a report can be set for a fixed visualisation area size instead of the default fit to screen mode. This means that visualisation will remain at its original size even if browser window is resized.
