Update maxJsonLength property to enable larger text areas

If the text area is larger than 2097152 bytes. An error during serialization or deserialization will occur when Spotfire uses the JSON JavaScriptSerializer. The length of the string exceeds the value set on the maxJsonLength property. Hope TIBCO will be able to provide a fixed solution for this problem we faced.
