Show/Hide a window that displayed the current filter settings.

When end user open a Spotfire file, it would be helpful if there was an option to show/hide a window that displayed the current filter settings.
If this option is present inside any Menu option then end user can easily see the things if required.status:mod in the filter panel is not able to fulfill our requirement

    In Spotfire 7.0 a list of modified filters will show up below the filter panel and the data panel.

    It would also be helpful to have that filters panel accessible anywhere I want.  For instance,  we do not show the filter panel but supplied our own (via text area).  This current filters panel would be nice if it was able to add inside a textarea.  For instance,  Insert Filter Selections.  This way we can style it to match.
