Document how to Prompt for User Authentication on Information Designer JDBC Data Source with Kerberos Authentication.

As report developer, I would like instructions/documentation on how to enable user credentials prompt on information designer data sources configured to use Kerberos authentication.
This is needed for cases when the Web Player Server uses Kerberos Authentication with Impersonation for Ipad(s) that cannot use Kerberos Delegation authentication method.
