Custom visualizations need to show up in the 'Create Details Visualization' and 'Switch Visualization To' context menus


With respect to custom visualizations implemented using the SDK, we are unable to add them to the create details visualization menu. There needs be an option to add custom charts in 'Create Details Visualization' menu.

    Spotfire 11 comes with a new framework for custom visualizations called Spotfire Mods, which you can build custom visualizations that are tightly integrated into the visualization workflows in Spotfire, e.g. they are included in the "Create details visualization" and "Switch visualization To" dropdown menus.
