Display Parent-child hierarchies in SSAS as a hierarchy

SSAS has an option to identify hierarchies within dimensions where there is a parent child relationship. However unless hierarchies are explicitly created in a cube, they dont show up in Spotfire.

Attached is a screenshot that shows the Adventureworks cube with customer dimension. This does not show up in Spotfire as hierarchy.
