Allow Web Player user to export marked data from either a visualization or a data table

*Current behavior:*
The Web Player has no option for the user to mark rows in either a data table or a visualization, then export the marked rows.

*Requested behavior:* Ability to export marked data from the Web Player.

    Starting with Spotfire 12.2, web authors can export data from a Spotfire analysis and save it as a file.
