Allow custom background graphics Merged

Allow Spotfire Pro user to use their own graphic (GIF, JPEG, PNG) file for a visualization background. Similar to Microsoft Windows desktop background graphics functionality, please allow the graphics file to be stretched or tiled. Functionality should allow for a tab based background (one per tab) or have one file for all tabs.
