Allow user to Save As an older version of Spotfire
Some in my company are using Spotfire 3.0, and others are using Spotfire 3.1 (which has not been officially deployed at yet). I made a change to a Spotfire file generated by a 3.0 user. But I has no way to save the file in a way that it can be read by 3.0 I. The request is for an ability to Save As Spotfire 3.0 file. This would generalize (the program) to always be able to save in the file format of one or more previous versions.

Spotfire DXP files now includes the format of the previous version when saving so that it is possible to open an analysis file created in version n with Spotfire version n-1.
