Introduce the ability to cache (persists) analysis data, e.g. to disk, so it can be made available in different Web Players (either between restarts, or e.g. for multiple simultaneously running WP:s).
Problem description - the issues we should try to address, e.g. using the suggested cache:
* Allow the Web Player environment to get fully up and running again (including the analyses loaded by scheduled updates) after restarts - both planned and unplanned (crashes)
* Allow data to be shared between Web Players - if you have 2 Web Player servers where an analysis should be loaded by Scheduled Updates, avoid having to run the Information Links etc needed to get the data once for every Web Player.
This is not necessarily just a scheduled updates feature - could potentially be used for other/all analyses as well.
