Spotfire Server Installation Guide needs to be updated for Kerberos Authentication

In "4.7.2.1 Configuration Instructions for Kerberos Authentication" section in TSS installation manual, the "step 7: Disable Username and Password fields in client login dialog" needs to be updated. This section should also state to use "Display unless user has saved login information" for "Display login dialog" option in the configuration tool.
