I have a user, Quan Nguyen, with username nguyen_q. He is in one domain, but it turns out there is another user, Qui Nguyen, with username nguyen_q on a different domain. I add Quan Nguyen to a domain group that I use for permissions on Spotfire. When I look into Spotfire Configuration Console, in the everyone group, I have:
nguyen_q
NGUYEN_Q
I that has been added to the domain group is nguyen_q, but it appears this does not give Quan access. I have to manually add NGUYEN_Q to a Spotfire group to get his account to work.
