When creating box plots, combination charts, bar charts, line charts, and scatter plots,
the maximum value that Spotfire creates on y-axis is always less than the maximum value in the data set.
For example, if I have a data set that I am plotting on the y-axis that ranges from 0-998,
I would expect that the maximum value I see by default on my y-axis would be 1000 but Spotfire will
round it down to somewhere below 998 (depending on the number of labels I've chosen etc.).
I don't want to hard code what the max value should be on the scale in case my data set changes.
Spotfire should not round down, or at least give me the option of allowing me to tell it to round up or round down.
In Scatter Plots and Line Charts this impacts the x-axis range as well.
