Write I-facing documentation for monitoring related performance counters and logging

There are lots of performance counters that can be useful for monitoring a TSWP. Also, in 6.0 a new logfile (MemoryStatisticsLog) that shows memory usage in data engine and processing time for plot rendering, both logged per analysis. There are no or very little documentation available for these resources.
