I would like to use R to generate more 30 subset (matrices) first, then use Spotfire to do the hierarchial clusting and heatmapping. Please have a feature similar to DecisionSite in Spotfire where there is a way to use Spotfire 'Tools' -> 'Computation Services' -> 'R' to perform this task automatically.
