When performing a valid pivot a warning "Could not set the property 'pivot.configuredposition'" appears, but what this property is, is not documented and confusing to I. There should be documentation describing what the property is. The warning also says, "some data might not be shown accurately" which could be misleading.
From Mike,
"I'm getting the following error when I pivot a data table in my current report to create a new data set. I can't seem to figure out why this is, looking for some assistance to try and figure out? I will also attach the DXP file with the data embedded.
Thanks,
Mike
Linked Data Report
There are some inconsistencies and some data might not be shown accurately.
Linked Data Table 'EVO Device count with 49':
Could not set the property 'pivot.configuredposition' for column 'Market_Code': the supplied value has an unexpected type.
Could not set the property 'pivot.configuredposition' for column 'TIMESTAMP_LOCAL_DAY_DATETRUNC': the supplied value has an unexpected type.
Could not set the property 'pivot.configuredposition' for column 'Unique Count (00:18:41)': the supplied value has an unexpected type.
Could not set the property 'pivot.configuredposition' for column 'Unique Count (00:23:76)': the supplied value has an unexpected type."
Desired result: A more descriptive warning and documentation describing what this actually means.
