If PowerPoint file is open have radio button default to "An open presentation"

1. Open a DXP file, and export data to PowerPoint. Leave .pptx open
2. Export another part of DXP.

Result: Export to: defaults to 'A new presentation' even though the open .pptx is shown under 'An open presentation'

Expected: If a PowerPoint file is open default to 'An open presentation'. Also, as in DecisionSite, remember last presentation that data was exported to.
