Spotfire Server Diagnostics to show the current HF level

*Goal:*
The Spotfire Administrator wants to see the Spotfire Server Hotfix version in the Spotfire Server diagnostics so that she can verify the hotfix level,

*Details:*
In the Spotfire Professional client, it is shown. Currently no hotfix version is shown for the Spotfire server.

    The Hotfix version is available in the server diagnostics from Spotfire 7.5.
