SAML is being more and more used. We currently implement external authentication with SAML by a third party tool that handles the SAML requests and responses.

    Yes, this seems like Tibco is not prioritizing SAML support investment. we have already moved on to other reporting tools. This idea is open since 2016.

    Agreed, spent many weeks trying to make OpenId work with Azure. Some issues with Azure, sure, but there is also limited Spotfire capability for customization to accommodate differences.

    By when can we expect it? Most of the other competitor tools have native SAML authentication support. Can you please provide any ETA?
