Limit recent files to what the user currently have accessed to

When I disable a visualization for a user, he keep seen it on recent folder and got error when try to access it. I will love if recent visualization will be limited to the reports user have access to. 

 If possible I also would like the customer to go straight to browse library instead of recent documents.
