Set text color by custom expression in cross table and regular table. Merged

Currently, text color is an all or nothing prospect set in the format section. Being able to set the text color by custom expression would allow an easy method to alert the user to an important aspect of the underlying data, such as an excessively high standard deviation, or the presence of important data in some other column.
