Display percent of missing values in additional to the absolute value shown the the extended data panel

In the Extended Data Panel there is a section that indicates how many empty or missing values exist in the particular column that has been selected.  It is given the the format of "There are nnn empty values"  It would be helpful is see what percent this number nnn is relative to the total number of rows in data set.
