Allow adjusting tool tips in table visualizations

If you're showing very wide tables sometimes it would be useful to allow seeing values from other cells than the one currently being mouse overed to avoid having to scroll too much and having to freeze too many columns. However, in tables the tool tips cannot be adjusted.

    Mark, were you thinking that you would want to define tooltips for columns in the table like you can in for instance the scatterplot?
