Enable an analysis to be locked with a PW.

Some analysis can be built with security controls in script or there are cases where a user wants to prevent others from modifying an analysis.

This idea is to limit analysis edits or save unless user is the same as creator or to require a PW to edit an analysis. Obviously, Admin would need override capabilities
