Hello, when a dashboard is created using a larger screen, users of that dashboard on a laptop are not having a great user experience as the size does not adjust for them automatically. The current scripting provided on 2023 does not capture all mods - it would be great if no script was needed and this was a standard feature.
I'm still getting a lot of feedback from customers on this issue. The problem is the graphs become hard to see because the axes, zoom sliders, title bars, and text areas do not responsively adjust to smaller displays. They take the same real estate as larger displays and therefor the charts themselves become difficult to read. Moreover, Text Areas become so squished they are no longer usable. The best solution for a text area is to "lock" it to an edge of the page but that is not always possible / practical. Please ping me for more details in this area.
Hello and thanks for reaching out. This feature is supported on web player as well. See this article: https://community.tibco.com/wiki/best-practices-developing-mobile-applications-tibco-spotfire
Please note that for DXP files created in an older version of spotfire, you may need to set the responsive page layout thresholds manually.
This feature does not work when we use dxp on web players.
I am facing issues when user opens dxp in different screen size .
Is there any any we can implement in web player as well?
